CONDUCT COURSES IN THE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM
5.4
Recording lectures with Panopto
You can easily record your event with Panopto and link it directly to ADAM.
Lectures can be recorded with Panopto Client. This requires an installation of the program. Alternatively, you can record your lecture with Panopto Capture directly via the browser, without installation.
Panopto is particularly useful if you are recording a course that requires little or no interaction; e.g. a lecture that is recorded in advance and then made available to students. The advantage of Panopto is that you can cut and edit recordings directly in the programme or embed interactive tools, such as a quiz.
A detailed separate manual for installing and using Panopto can be found here.
