Reflection on policies

As we have seen, public policies play a central role in the organisation and regulation of the labour market. They need to take into account the gender inequalities present in societies in order to guarantee equal opportunities for women and men.

How can policies and programmes improve women’s and men’s access to decent work? Think about possibilities - even if they are not realised in your environment.
