MS Word: pages
A correct basic page layout is important both for people who work with screen readers and for those who read with strong magnification on their screens. For both groups, it is important use a single-column layout without added text fields.
Margins/text width
It is best to use Word’s preset margins of 2.54 cm.
If you wish to change the margins, do this in the menu, not on the ruler. (Changes made on the ruler always apply only to the selected section of the text, not the entire document.)
