THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF ONE HEALTH
1.12
Cattle and children: a story about nomads
Doctors and veterinarians who work together achieve more than they would achieve working alone.
Jakob Zinsstag tells you about his work with mobile pastoralists. He demonstrates how he and his team make use of a One Health approach to reach people who otherwise have no access to health care. In this way these pastoralists could get vaccinations and health education, whilst at the same time money was saved.
