Wet versus supermarket
When talking about food safety, informal markets play a major role. These often unlicensed markets escape effective health and safety regulations.
Because consequences of hazards do not necessarily cause immediate harm, risks are underestimated. Veterinarians face a big challenge to communicate associated dangers to people and try to implement risk analysis for informal markets.
